At CJP Self Storage, all our bookings are completed online where you will need to read and sign our standard agreement and provide photo ID.

You have the option to use your own padlock and key, or we have padlock and keys for sale which only you will hold your key for your storage unit.

We require that you pay one month upfront via our online booking system where you will be asked to opt into autopay and your credit card will be charged monthly. If you do not opt into autopay, we will invoice you monthly to the email address that you provide. All payments are to be made in advance.

You will have access from 5am to 10pm via pin coded gate, seven days a week, 365 days a year!

You will have your own personal pin code sent to you for the facilities automated sliding gate which gives you drive in access to your storage unit.

You cannot live in or hang out for long periods of time in a CJP Self Storage space.

You cannot use the unit for residential purposes, meaning you cannot live or sleep in your storage unit.

You are not able to store firearms of any type in your storage unit. We encourage you look for suitable weapon storage at your local gun shop or shooting range.

You must not store any goods that are, hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable, living, or that are a risk to the property of any person. You must ensure that any goods stored in the space are dry, clean, free of vermin and food scraps and are not mouldy when placed inside the space.

CJP Self Storage have a 14 day move-out notice policy. Please contact us before you vacate your storage unit with your move-out date and we’ll send you move-out instructions. Once you have removed all your stored possessions, cleaned your container and removed your lock, you’ll be refunded your security deposit.
